Fridge and Site Monitoring
Fridge-tag 2 L – WHO PQS E006/093
The Fridge-tag 2 L is a high-precision temperature data logger designed for monitoring vaccines and pharmaceuticals in medical refrigerators and freezers. It has an operating lifetime of up to 3 years and can trigger an audible alarm if temperatures deviate from a predefined range, allowing prompt response. It can record temperatures for up to 112 days and its built-in USB connection generates a secure PDF/A report presenting all relevant data.
The device, weighing 112g, has dimensions of 128 x 75 x 19 mm and operates optimally between 0°C to +30°C. It also offers an optional external sensor for measuring temperatures down to -40°C. Generated data can be emailed back for quality checks, analysis, and storage, and can be incorporated into existing reports or data management systems.
Fridge-tag 2 – WHO PQS E006/020
The Fridge-tag 2 is a smart temperature monitor designed for continuous tracking of sensitive vaccines and pharmaceuticals in medical refrigerators and freezers. It takes temperature readings every minute, and instantly alerts if predefined alarm limits are exceeded. The large OK/ALARM indicator on the display aids in immediate decision-making.
The device stores accurate temperature data from the past 60 days, which is presented in an automatically generated PDF when connected to a PC or Mac. The Fridge-tag 2, weighing 109g and with dimensions of 128 x 75 x 19 mm, operates optimally between 0°C to +30°C, and offers an optional external sensor for measuring temperatures down to -40°C.
Fridge-tag 2 E – WHO PQS E006/040
The Fridge-tag 2 E, with a 5-year operating time, is a smart temperature monitor designed for continuous monitoring of sensitive vaccines and pharmaceuticals in medical refrigerators and freezers. Taking ambient temperature readings every minute, it promptly alerts if alarm limits are exceeded. It presents precise temperature data from the last 60 days in an auto-generated PDF when connected to a PC or Mac, and is customizable with different label colors or logos.
The device, offering an optional external sensor for temperatures up to -40°C, can have its two alarm limits individually programmed within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. It provides irrevocable data on the exact time and date of first limit violations, and further detailed information to facilitate decision-making. It remains accurate even if an alarm limit has been exceeded, continuously logging each additional temperature threshold violation.
Fridge-tag Ultra Low
The Fridge-tag Ultra Low is a high-precision temperature data logger for the ongoing monitoring of sensitive vaccines and pharmaceuticals in medical freezers at ultra-low temperatures, down to -95°C. The device automatically triggers an alarm when critical temperature deviations outside the predefined range are detected, enabling prompt reactions.
It has a three-year operating lifetime. Key features include two individually programmable alarm and warning limits, a logging interval of 5 minutes, an accuracy of +/- 2.0°C from -95°C to -25°C, and calibration traceable to recognized international standards. It provides a 30-day overview on display, and the PDF report length is factory settable. The device operates with a lithium battery and is compliant with CE, EMC, ROHS, and REACH standards.
