Propasil
Propasil Silica Gel: prevention anytime, anywhere
Propasil is a hard, semitransparent granular substance that is composed of amorphous silica. Its ability to absorb moisture is very high and can vary depending on the surrounding environmental conditions.
The purpose of developing Propasil was to safeguard the product against moisture-induced harm. By absorbing moisture, Propasil minimizes the dew point within the packaging during transit, which helps to maintain the product’s characteristics and attributes.
The Propasil micro range offers practical and absorbent products that are especially useful for tackling humidity issues in small areas. Despite its small size, it is highly effective at absorbing residual internal relative humidity and takes up minimal space in its packaging.
The range includes sizes ranging from 0.5 to 3 grams and is available in both canisters and capsules that are US DMF certified and FDA approved. These compact products are perfect for reducing excess moisture in small spaces, such as medicine or dietary supplement containers.
The Propasil range of silica gels can be supplied in bags, chains, or panels meeting FDA standards.

Propasec
Desiccant Clay: Economical, Effective and Environmental Friendly
The innovative product Propasec, is designed to prevent condensate buildup in closed spaces and protect product quality
Propasec desiccant bags provide a highly effective and secure solution for lowering the humidity levels within your packaging. With its impressive absorption capabilities, Propasec can decrease the dew point inside the package, thus safeguarding your product’s qualities and properties from the negative
effects of humidity.
Propasec bags will let you safely stock and ship your products for an extended period of time.
These bags are created using a natural mineral material, making them both eco-friendly and safe for use. Meticulously chosen superior quality clays and textiles ensure high absorption levels and durability.
The Propasec range is available in various forms such as bags, chains, and panels, which conform to the FDA standard.
Available in the following UDs (units of desiccant): 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/50 and 1/100 where 1 unit (approximately one ounce) is the amount of desiccant that will absorb at least three grams of water vapor at 20% relative humidity and at least six grams of water vapor at 40% relative humidity at 25°C (77°F).
Major applications:
• Medical diagnostic equipment
• Medical devices
• Electronic equipment
• Industrial packaging
• Optical instruments
• Food packaging
If material is produced following the DIN 55473:2001-02 standard, the amount of drying material required to absorb at least 6.0g of water vapor at 23±2 ºC air temperature and 40% relative humidity is determined by the desiccant unit.
Certifications & Regulations:
Propasec is certified to DIN, NFH and MIL standards.

Propadyndustry
Unlike other dehydrating agents and humidity controllers, Propadyndustry does not release liquid or powder during use, nor is it deliquescent. As a result, it can be used under all conditions, as its exceptional versatility makes it highly adaptable and well-suited for implementation across a diverse range of sectors, such as pharma, interior spaces, cultural heritage, and construction.
