TIMESTRIP PLUS Time/Temperature indicators
During transport, shipments can be exposed to dangerously high temperatures several times through a journey. While some TTIs show you that a breach has occurred, for many products it is critical to know the entire length of time products have reached elevated temperatures..
Timestrip® PLUS™ has a window that starts to fill with a coloured dye when the temperature of the shipment goes above the threshold and stops when temperatures drop back down. When another elevated temperature occurs, the colour dye will resume progressing, marking time laterally by filling the window and passing the convenient time markers.
At the end of a shipment, the Timestrip TTI breach monitoring window will show the total cumulative time of all the elevated temperature breaches.
Timestrip® PLUS™ is available in multiple response/threshold temperatures between -20C and +38C.
Activation can be done at room temperature: no pre-conditioning required when the surrounding temperature is above the stated threshold temperature.
Varcode Smart Time/Temp Tag™
The Smart Tag™ is a single use, irreversible time and temperature indicator that accurately tracks your product’s cumulative time over the threshold temperature, and comes in 15 different standard response temperatures (but others can be built upon request).
The barcode dynamically changes based on desired time and temperature parameters. No data crunching is required! With a simple scan, using a mobile phone or standard hand scanner, subjective reading errors are removed and the optional Cloud Management & Data Storage System permanently digitizes the data needed to make intelligent business decisions.

LIMITmarker F
LIMITmarker F, manufactured by Temptime, is a single-use indicator that provides an easy-to-read, irreversible visual color change when there has been exposure to a temperature above the threshold limit for a short period of time. LIMITmarker F technology is based on the precise melting of heat-fusible materials at specified temperatures.
The easy-to-read color change from white to red/pink is a visual signal when there has been a heat excursion above the predetermined temperature profile.
LIMITmarker can be affixed to an individual unit to monitor the product from manufacture to use, or later in the cold chain to monitor the product for a portion of its distribution. Many medical products can be damaged and lose strength when expose do temperatures above a certain threshold.
Such excursions can go unnoticed during shipping and storage. Leading medical
product manufacturers and distributors use LIMITmarker F.
Q-tag Quad – WHO PQS E006/015
The Q-tag Quad is a compact, multifunctional temperature indicator for shipping and storage. It can be programmed with four individual alarm limits ranging from -25°C to +50°C. With an easy-to-understand OK/ALARM display and a long service life of up to 5 years, it’s ideal for “last mile” use.
The device operates independently and displays information in a clear, unalterable manner. It’s highly accurate, with calibration traceable to recognized international standards such as SAS and NIST. The Q-tag Quad can be tailored to product and customer needs with up to four different temperature and time alarms. It’s a single-use device, making it cost-effective as no return logistics are needed. The device requires no software or computer to operate, ensuring quick and easy use.
Berlinger Mini-tag
The Berlinger Mini-tag is a compact, powerful temperature monitor with an LED indicator that displays green for OK and red for ALARM, facilitating rapid responses to temperature changes. It has a three-year operating life, making it ideal for “Last Mile” monitoring on primary and/or secondary packagings.
Key specifications include three individually programmable alarm limits, operation temperatures from -30°C to +60°C, and temperature measurement accuracy within +/- 2%. The device features calibration traceable to international standards upon request and has a memory capacity of 38,000 points. It is powered by a button cell battery and complies with CE, EMC, ROHS, and DO160 standards. The Mini-tag is tamper-proof as it cannot be reset or manipulated without destruction.
Q-tag CLm – WHO PQS E006/014
The Q-tag CLm is a reliable temperature indicator for shipping and storage, programmable with five individual alarm limits from -25°C to +50°C. A break-off tab provides clear evidence of activation. The device facilitates quick decision-making with precise date and time information displayed. Its long lifespan of up to five years makes it suitable for monitoring the entire cold chain.
Temperature measurement accuracy ranges from +/- 0.5°C to +/- 0.8°C depending on the temperature range. The device can’t be manipulated, reset, or turned off without being destroyed, ensuring data integrity. It conforms to international standards like the RoHS directive, WEEE, and IATA regulations.

FREEZEmarker – WHO PQS E006/067
FREEZEmarker is a single-use indicator that provides an easy-to-read, irreversible visual signal when there has been exposure to a freezing temperature for a short period of time. When the indicator temperature remains above the specified temperature, the green circle with a white checkmark inside the circle is visible
When exposed to temperatures at or below the specified temperature, the green
circle with a white checkmark inside the circle will partially or completely change to white opaque/cloudy, showing that a temperature excursion has occurred, and the endpoint has been reached.
Freeze-tag – WHO PQS E006/007
The Freeze-tag is an electronic temperature indicator designed for monitoring freeze-sensitive goods such as vaccines and dyes during transport and storage. It uses internationally recognized symbols to display the alarm state and has a measuring accuracy of ± 0.3°C.
The Freeze-tag is available in three configurations – YELLOW (alarms after 60 min. below 0°C), ORANGE (alarms after 10 min. below 0°C), and GREEN (alarms after 60 min. below -0.5°C). With an operating life of up to 5 years, it can monitor products throughout their life cycle, from production to storage. These devices are intended for single-use, eliminating the need for return transport. Additionally, they require no software or computer to operate, ensuring quick and easy use.
VCCM card – WHO PQS E006/004
The affordable chemical indicators can be activated individually by removing the start strip. Each indicator measures only one or a maximum of two temperature limits. They are designed for the following temperature ranges: -15 °C / -4 °C / 0 °C / +5 °C / +10 °C / +10 °C and +34 °C / +26 °C / +31 °C.
Among them, the widely recognized VCCM card stands out as it is equipped with the only indicator capable of measuring two temperatures: 10 °C and +34 °C.
TransTracker F
The TransTracker F card has a single-use LIMITmarker F indicator applied to
it that provides an easy-to-read, irreversible visual color change when there
has been exposure to a temperature above the threshold limit for a short period of time.

The TransTracker C card has a single-use FREEZEmarker indicator applied
to it that provides an easy-to-read, irreversible visual signal when there
has been exposure to a freezing temperature for a short period of time.
When the indicator temperature remains above the specified temperature,
the green circle with a white checkmark inside the circle is visible.
When exposed to temperatures at or below the specified temperature, the green
circle with a white checkmark inside the circle will partially or completely
change to white opaque/cloudy, showing that a temperature excursion has
occurred, and the endpoint has been reached.
The TransTracker C card is placed inside multiple unit secondary packages or shipping boxes to signal if the response temperature has been exceeded during transportation.
TransTracker CD
The TransTracker CD card has a single-use LIMITmarker I-K indicator
and a FREEZEmarker indicator applied to it that provide an easy-toread, irreversible visual color change when there has been exposure to a temperature above the threshold limit or to a freezing temperature for a short period of time.
The easy-to-read color change from grey to black is a visual signal when there has been a heat excursion above the predetermined temperature profile. When exposed to temperatures at or below a specified freeze temperature, the green circle will change to white opaque/cloudy.
